I just take the .pdf on a CD to FedEx Kinko's and have it printed full size
on their paper. Lay it out on the foam, follow the edges carefully while
cutting the first time and it can't get much cheaper than that. Store the
cut plans carefully and just lay them on the foam again when it's time to
