On first use, Sugar asks OpenSSH to make a DSA key for the user. OpenSSH changed the format of the key. Fedora 29 shipped the changed OpenSSH. Sugar was unable to read the key. This caused; - the name prompt to keep coming back after restart, on persistent installs, - the connection to jabb
