೧. ಈ ಗ್ರುಪ್ ಕೇವಲರು ತಾವು Stf ಒಳಿತಾಗಿ ಯೋಚಿಸದೆ ಕೇವಲ ಇತರ ಗ್ರುಪ್ ಗಳು ಇರುವುದು ಕಾರಣ ಎಂಬುವುದು ಅವರ ತಪ್ಪು ಗ್ರಹಿಕೆ ಇಂದಿನ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇತರ ಗ್ರುಪ್ ಗಳು ಇರುವುದು ತಪ್ಪು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗದು. ೨. ರಾಜ್ಯದಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮಾದ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾದ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇದೆ. ೩. ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಿಕವಾದ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾದ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ & ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಅವಶ್ಯಕ. ೪. ಇತರ ಗ್ರುಪ್ ಗಳ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಸಿದರೆ ಖಂಡಿತ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಇದೆ. ೫.ಇದು ಸರಕಾರ ಕೆಲಸ ಎಂದ ಕಾಟಾಚಾರದ ಗ್ರುಪ್ ಆಗಬಾರದು ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಚಿಸಿ ಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತರಾದರೆ STF & KOER ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಯಾಗುತ್ತವೆ. ೬. ಇತರ ಗ್ರುಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಆಟ ನಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣ ಕ್ಕೆ ಆಯಾಯ ಗ್ರುಪ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗಳುವ, ಕೇವಲ ಒಣ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಗಾಗಿ STF ಅನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳುವವರು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ stf ಗೆ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಏನು ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದು ನೀವೇ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ. ೭. ಇತರ ಗ್ರುಪ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಏನು ತಪ್ಪಾಗಿದೆ ಹೇಳಿ ನೋಡುವಾ..
