The eht4 and 5 is running for 3- 4 day and after the system is crash.
In dmesg i find before the crash system this line
eth4: increased tx threshold, txcfg 0xd0f01004.
eth5: increased tx threshold, txcfg 0xd0f01006.

They have been doing hardware mirroring solutions for [S|P]ATA and USB for
several years, and may be able to offer what you want. You only need one
SATA connection to one of their devices to mirror two SATA drives.

Well, not everybody runs Linux.One of the few advantages of firmware
(rarely actually hardware, though for RAID1-only that's relatively
plausible) RAID is that it is - or at least can be if done right -
completely transparent
