I know these boards haven't been released yet, but can someone tell me
what I might use a FPGA for?
I mean, I know it's a user programmable chip, but what sort of things
would it be useful for in a firewall / router?

for my new net5501.
Could someone post a working slimmed down kernel config?
I'll be using it as a basic access point with pf etc
