managed to set up PXE/DHCP/TFTP then your just one step, or at most two,

I've made a Debian (4.0r1) install on a net4801 board. I have maybe a
tip for you: You can boot the install connecting your Soekris to your PC
using a network cable. Then when the first screen of the install
appeared (the one about language), you can disconnect the soekris form
your PC and

i got inet working, but installation start triggering warnings while
downloading packages once and again..i tried setting up swap space (i
can always delete after installation) and same story.
did anyone succeed installing debian on a 4526 using the inet installation?

yeah, my laptop is cheaper than my soekris board so wifi is not much
of an option. i got a hub from a friend and i think with some pf +
secondary ip will work!!

Assuming your laptop is running Windows, you can
configure Internet Connection Sharing to make it act
as a router. It would allow the Soekris board to
download from the main Debian sites.
If you laptop runs Linux, you can make it act as a
router with iptables, if it runs BSD you can do it

been using my 4526 with netbsd for some time, dont ask me why i cant
get fully comfortable with bsd so i tried today installing debian
using their netbood installer package...all goes sweet until i have to
choose a mirror were to download the packages.
