I had a Traverse Pulsar ADSL PCI card in a net4801 with the standard Soekris net4801 case and the fit was fine. The problem I had was that Traverse whilst claiming to support FreeBSD/OpenBSD originally were never able to produce working/stable drivers. I did interact with their tech support
