For some reason GRUB does not like my CF card. Very odd. I bet that GRUB is not a problem this time. Grub is an multistage bootloader and when bios reports some really odd geometry, grub may just give up (fails to load second stage). -- == ___ Soek

Hi All, I've dug out an old net4801 I've had in storage for a while and decided to try Debian 7 on it. The installer seemed to run perfectly but afterwards it is refusing to boot. It goes through the usual BIOS sequence and then all I get is: GRUB loading. Welcome to GRUB! Then it reboots.
