I do not receive any call states from Sofia in the following situation:
1. initiate INVITE (call to nua_invite)
2. CANCEL call immediately after calling nua_invite (call to nua_cancel)
3. Sofia sends INVITE
4. remote answers directly with "407 - Proxy Authentication required"
