1. Use NUTAG_M_USERNAME() in the nua_set_hparams(). This seems to work
well with all out going requests, but does work with incomming requests
that have handles allocated by the stack.
2. Use SI
Well, I spoke too soon again.
I wasn't using the SIPTAG_CONTACT_STR() in the nua_handle() command. If
I do that I get duplicate Contact: headers in the REGISTER.
I thought this was fixed some time ago.
What I am doing is using the NUTAG_M_USERNAME() and SIPTAG_FROM_STR in
nua_set_hparam() call

Another problem.
Back to the Contact: header issue I have been having.
It appears something changed. My Contact headers for incoming handles
are wrong again.
