Yeah $100 late fee (though thanks to Manny & friends at AD they've dropped that). And now I'm locked out of the Customer Portal until I send my check and signed contract back to the reseller. Honestly, as much as people bitch at Adobe, the new Creative Cloud system is very slick and works great.
