Hey Eric,
I'm a big fan of the IcoMoon series:
http://icomoon.io/app/
Their "app" lets you make a custom font from your selected icons, or grab
them as svg files. Neat stuff. :)

Subject: OT: Free icon libraries?
Wondering if anyone has any free libraries they use for building their tool
GUIs. Need to be free for commercial use.

It's a great website IMO. I wish I had found it a lot sooner than I did :)
Haven't needed icons for a while now, but last time I did and had that it
must have saved me hours.

Eric knows, but for the benefit of others:
http://www.iconfinder.com/
Has a license selection too, which is convenient.
Thanks will check them out. I know this may seem like a simplistic question
but there are a crazy amount of sites out there that have icon sets but
it's hard to find ones that have a solid library with clear free licensing
for commercial applications.
