When in doubt, open the plug-in manager, go to the plug-ins tab, and check
thew "new" menu.
IE: in there you can create a new event, and get a reasonably complete
oversight of what is available, toggle things on and off as needed, and
have a template generated ready for you to di implementationw or
siOnStartup event
