This morning I woke up with the idea to create 2 or 3 models with baked
syflex simulation. Then use that as particle instances on the point cloud
(to make them flock). Problem with that is that not all the time the papers
will face "forward" and some of them will flock downwards, then the baked

I dunno, I thought 'falling' leaves 'flew' more than they 'fell',
but could elaborate more on your setup?
If I got you correctly, your'e emitting little grid instances,
with the particles themselves reacting to a wind force, and other

Jason, they don´t have to "fall", they "fly along (flocking)". The flocking
part is done. The settings for syflex is done. But I don´t know how to tie
up the air resistance (and thus the syflex woorling against the wind) for
each individual "paper" grid on the cloud. I need help with how to tie

Did you also check-out the "Falling
Leaves" compound?

Would that play well with syflex?

A point cloud with flock behaviour but using syflex "paper" (rectangular
textured grids) that react to ICE forces.

What are you trying to simulate exactly? Falling paper sheets or something
smaller like money bills?

Good day everyone. I´m setting up a particle emmiter, emmiting rectangles
(at the moment).
The general idea is the emmiter produces "paper" (grids with 8x8 subdivs).
So I setup a simple syflex (damping, stiffness, etc) on a model and used it
as instance on the emmiter.
But what should happen, is t
