I have multiple db-data-config file which I have created according to my
needs. I want to be able to specify which config file to use while
performing DIH.

what do you mean by dynamically ? ... it's a query param, so you

what do you mean by dynamically ? ... it's a query param, so you can
specify the file name in the url when you issue the command.
