Followed the steps.
bin/trainall.sh - It keept running while I executed next step go to
trunk-dir/solr and run 'ant test-contrib'
(This has 2 test suite failed.)
Later created war file using 'ant dist'
(Build Successful)
loading class
'solr.OpenNLPTokenizerFactory'
