Hi, I had a Kerberos and SSL enabled SolrCloud cluster which has 2 number of instances on different machines. I didn't have any trouble with this setup but when I installed one more instance on one of the machines, Solr started to fire "Unauthorized access" errors for internode communication.
My Environment: 2 Machines, 3 Solr instances: Java: 1.8.0_241 Solr: 8.4.1 ZK: apache-zookeeper-3.5.7 *Internode exception is :* 2020-02-20 04:50:52.072 ERROR (qtp1226020905-16) [c:test2 s:shard2 r:core_node10 x:test2_shard2_replica_n9] o.a.s.h.RequestHandlerBase org.apache.solr.update.processor.DistributedUpdateProcessor$DistributedUpdatesAsyncException: Async exception during distributed update: Error from server at https://XX -1.XXgx.internal.cloudapp.net:8983/solr/test2_shard1_replica_n2/: Unauthorized access Security configs *SOLR_AUTH_TYPE*="kerberos" SOLR_AUTHENTICATION_OPTS="-Djava.security.auth.login.config=/home/XX/solr-jaas.conf -Dsolr.kerberos.cookie.domain=XX.XX.gx.internal.cloudapp.net -Dsolr.kerberos.cookie.portaware=true -Dsolr.kerberos.principal=HTTP/XX-XX. xx.gx.internal.cloudapp....@yyy.com -Dsolr.kerberos.keytab=/home/XX/XX-XX.ketab -Dsolr.kerberos.delegation.token.enabled=true" My server clocks are sync and I tried -Dpkiauth.ttl=100000 but it didn't work. Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem? Regards, Eyyub
