The 13-year-old boy raped the girl next to a car park in the southeastern town of Rhaezuens while she was held down by his friend, Albert Largiader, the prosecutor for the canton of Graubuenden confirmed after the story emerged in the Swiss tabloid daily Blick. The younger boy was accused of sexual assault. Both of the boys are considered minors by the criminal justice system and youth courts because they under 15, Largiader told the Swiss news agency ATS. They were withdrawn from the local school in the small town of 1,300 inhabitants, and placed under special educational and psychiatric therapy in the nearby city of Chur. The mother of the victim told Blick that the oldest boy, who was still at primary school, had gained a reputation as a troublemaker. "He was known to the whole school.
