Dear friends,

 

   Please find enclosed the new issue of the Kosovo Compromise analytical
journal.

   It features a series of analyses about the Kosovo precedent in South
Ossetia and Abkhazia; the current relationships between key actors in and
around Kosovo; the repercussions of Kosovo’s secession in Latin America; the
"blurring responsibilities" of international actors and the “invisible
ghettos” of the Kosovo Serbs.

   The bulletin is also available on our web site  www.kosovocompromise.com
<http://www.kosovocompromise.com/>  which is now followed each month by
readers from 110 countries worldwide.

   Please find on the web site the “Kosovo Recognition Map” – a map of 40+
countries which have recognized Kosovo’s secession and the 140+ which have
not.
