[Soya-user] Patch to use *.Framework library on os X

I patched the setup.py tonight. I added a mechanism which try to use .Framework libs instead of the one installed (or not) into the standard unix path.) It should ease the installation process on os X especially for the SDL and cal3d dependency which are both distributed on os X in a .Frame
