[Soya-user] Toward 0.13

Hi all, I've just finished to integrate Palle's new Blender -> Cal3D exporter ; I've tested it successfully with Balazar, and it should be far less buggy than the previous Cal3D exporter ! I think we are now close to 0.13. This release will be the first to integrate the work of our 2 students
