Ok so I have "fixed" it.
I created a new channel called 'testchannel' and did an rhnpush on that from
the same directory. Everything should up!
I then delete the 'bad' channel and then I cloned the 'testchannel'.
I gave it the same name, label and summary as before.

I've already got the installation to succeed and all the tables created. I was
trying to get past this activation portion to see how much extra hacking I
would have to do. To get the installation was not that hard. I just want to see
how usable it is in its current state.
