I was also getting this error when trying to provision Xen guest on a CentOS
5.5 host running Spacewalk 1.0:

A few days ago I have reported the inability of taskomatic to handle
repositories with more than 3.8k packages in it. I have exported and reimported
packages cutting out any older duplicates on one particular repository for
64-bit. It now has 4300 packages, yet still only creates .new

I installed spacewalk from the rpm repositories, version 1.0 and after I
run spacewalk-setup --disconnected I'm getting this error "Could not

I installed spacewalk 1.0 on CentOS 5.3.
I notice that in the web UI, clicking on icons with a question mark always
shows "page not found" errors.
I couldn't find their associated jsp files on CentOS either. For example,
