Yes, I followed this. I am not even getting to the registration part yet. When the anaconda installer starts up it complains prior to even installing the operating system. The two errors are what I outlined below. Missing repomd.xml and then after that the unable to read group information. On Fri

If you want to kickstart from Spacewalk, I highly recommend reading through https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/HowToKickstartCobbler. The examples are from Fedora 9, so it requires a little adaptation, but not much. I'm afraid it's a bit more complicated than just creating a channel and sa

Hi, we just set up a spacewalk server and got our first client kickstarted. The client cannot access any channel on the spacewalk server. 'yum update' returns 'Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: sl-x86_64-6. Please verfiy its path and try again'. It does work
