Hey Jan,
I've just gotten a chance to try and export the oracle db after applying the
patch you provided. I was able to successfully output a full dump of the oracle
database. Thanks!
I am, however, running into another problem. This time it's with the postgresql
import. It bombs out with thi

Hi,
We had an issue, our repodata had not been being updated for some time.
It seems to me that it's cobbler-web package.
These are the last two lines from yum.log:
Nov 07 10:55:41 Installed: cobbler-web-2.0.11-2.el5.noarch
Nov 30 18:43:05 Erased: cobbler-web

Hello Spacewalk List,
I have users that are setup as admin of certain groups. These groups have
servers in them. I would like for the user to be able to move servers from
one group to another or just add the system to the new group. These users
have admin on the groups where the servers are in and

Yes.
Any ideas when 1.6 will be released?

Hi Josh,
Aye... my Spacewalk has been upgraded from 0.6 or earlier to 1.5. I'm using an
Oracle database hosted on another server. My RHEL4 clients have been upgraded
through 4.9 at this point. The problem with the rhn_check hanging is that it's
completely intermittent. If I kill the rhnsd-s

Hi all,
Forgot to put one more issue here. Is there any problem if spacewalk is
configured NOT to use SSL ? The default talks in https protocol but there
is an option to disable SSL. Is this ok ?
Kind regards,
Amitakhya.

Hi,
I have been following the guide from fedorahosted.org and I am using
spacewalk-1.5. Currently, my need is this. I have around 300 server
machines that need to be managed by spacewalk. What all configs will I need

Hello Amit,
there are tons of information about installing process on
https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/ and there is even more information in
documentation for Satellite (all linked from Spacewalk site). Learning curve is
not that steep to discuss general usage of Spacewalk on this list.
