Yes,
If you register the same machine twice, the old profile does not get over
written, it simply creates duplicates.
This is normal behavior. You have to look at the date of the profile and delete
the previous one as only of them will work.

I've noticed is that as part of my kickstart file, I'm registering a client
using rhnreg_ks. This is all working fine, until I re-kickstart the same
client...I end up with another entry in Spacewalk with the same client
To close the circle, so to speak, be aware that selinux-policy-3.7.19-260 fixes
this issue.
Once you've got that package updated, then, don't forget to go back and REMOVE
the previously implemented workaround.
Do so with: semanage permissive -d osad_t
Verify via: semanage permissive -l
