[Spacewalk-list] Read only account to access and view spacewalk

I created an account with (normal user) roles, but he can not not see the systems when he tried to go to spacewalk GUI. I want him be able to "read" only, can not do any patch or install or upgrade any packages, only be able to see(read) what packages or errata on the system. I tied to modify
