I know this should be easy but I could not find an answer on google. We had
to restart our Spacewalk 2.7 server overnight due to a power issue. When we
start the server the spacewalk did not start up now I cannot figure out how to
get it started.

I have tracked down a little more; think it is closer to the problem. I have
found where in the rhn_check software, I have added some test to the message in
the log file.

I need to get a list of currently install packages on some systems.
I see I can get a list of the files that not the same with the compare
function, but do not see how to get a list of what is installed on a base
system.

We are using Spacewalk 2.7 to manage our CentOS 7 and Oracle Linux 7 servers. I
