Is there a way in Spacewalk to deal with repositories for Atomic Host / OSTree ?
If not, does someone know if it's planned for future release ?

You need to use "rpm --import path_to_your_key".
See rpm manual for more details.

Note that for all my other channels the synchronization is working well...
