I have set two repo for rhel8. rep syncing ok.

problem is why I am getting the following error. Any suggestion is
appreciated.

For me I resolved this by:
Removing/ disabling all centos repo files
Cleaning out all old kernel rpm’s
Dnf reinstall kernel rpm’s
Then updates ran normal

I have tested with redhat repo. I have no issues without spacewalk and
directly to redhat
[root@rhel8 yum.repos.d]# dnf update
There was an error communicating with Red Hat Satellite or Spacewalk server.
Red Hat Satellite or Spacewalk based repositories will be disabled.

I have tested with redhat repo. I have no issues without spacewalk and directly
to redhat

viously doesn't give as much transparency as proper spwk
management.

#dnf update
#dnf check-update
