I'm currently using spamass-milter-0.1.2 along with SA-2.42/Sendmail-8.12.6
on a RH-7.3 based server. To date -- I have not had any problems with
spamass-milter-0.1.2.

NOTE: This sendmail server front ends an Exchange server. The Exchange
server performs the anti-virus checking. Plus there is no local delivery.
i.e. procmail.

I also tried mimedefang. Great product and support. But based on my
requirements, it was an overkill. All I needed was a light weight milter
that simply called spamc/spamd. If I ever move anti-virus checking to my
sendmail server, then this will be the milter I choose.
