Just an idea, I've already looked at the SA code and it doesn't seem
terribly hard to implement, and if there is more interest, I'll release a
patch. If I'm way off base feel free to educate me :-)

A softlimit of 400 - 600 is usually sufficient, but you might want

Why not submit for volunteers to mirror a spam DB that SA checks against once
every twelve hours. Twelve hours to me is very acceptable versus doing manual
updates when I think about it :-)
