I found an option body SYMBOLIC_TEST_NAME /pattern/modifiers which
obviously is only good for marking up a message as spam.

But I don't seem manage to install DB_File.
In any case, sa-learn should give an error if essential components are
missing.

What does the -C option actually do? Whatever file I specify,
spamassassin doesn't run any tests at all. There's no documentation
about it.
