As I understand it, 'osirusoft' went offline in August, and as a form of
'notice' to all their previous clients, set their blacklist DNS lookup to
return 'positive' on *any* lookup. Naturally, people notice this, and turn
off the link to osirusoft, which is what they want.

This is the surprising thing. I can only speculate that maybe by some
accident you had an old SA version running on the machine that returned
the false positive. The latest SA versions don't check osirusoft any more.
You might want to check that your scripts to 'manually' restart SA invoke
the correct binary.....
