I think Logan was genuine about it. I think he realises he didn't make a fair comparison, and it shows a lot for him to email the list. Not many authors would. I do think they need to create and article "fixing" the issue. The slashdotting has GOT to HURT! :) Not a lot of people defending him there! Tech support for SA is MUCH better then any commercial tech support. I have gotten help configuring my system from people who had ZERO time to spare. I didn't know who they were in the community when I bothered them with my little problems, and they helped this stranger without a clue! I can't thank T. or J. enough for there help! Along with Numerous others on this list!
