[Spambayes] problem with spambytes i think

Title: Message a couple days ago my spambytes stopped working.   there is no spam number by new emails I cannot get the drop down menu "SapmBayhes" for the outlook menu file to drop down, so i cannot change anything i tried to delete and reinstall , but still same thing, If i have a email
