[Spambayes] Problems with 1.16a on Win7-64

Using the 1.1a6 version and after shutting Outlook 2007 down, I get an error message "Problem Starting Spambayes Plug-in" at the next start. This occurs even after a full shutdown/startup cycle. For logging, I'm getting nothing from Spambayes or Outlook as to what is wrong. Just the error message

Assuming you're using Outlook, it sounds like the MS Junk Mail filter is active and permanently deleting things before spambayes gets to look at it. Simply change the setting from permanently delete to move to junk mail folder or turn it off. In my case, I found it eases my spambayes training by

Something that came to mind is the fact that I would like to see the tag-line from AVG anti-virus to be added to the ignore filter. This will at least prevent any mail from being classified as spam for those of us using AVG or other anti-virus that uses a certified virus free tag-line. ___
