If you research
spamcop, you will find out they pretty much block everything, we stopped
using them years ago because, imho their strategy is flawed. The
degree they are flawed is up to you to decide.

could you please send some sample hosts, wich were listet by bl.spamcop.net.
If i checked the ip 200.62.154.90 i could not find any problem.
