spamdyke logs i never see ALLOWED_AUTHENTICATED lines. Does it
mean spamdyke ignores the smtp-auth-command and uses AUTH from cvm-vmailmgr?

I will write a patch for the second error (case 100 in
exec_checkpassword()), but how to deal with the "likely due to
missing/unexecutable commands" error - the "passwordcheck" in utils
accepts cvm-chec
after
/etc/init.d/qmail restart
works (and spamdyke reports something in /var/log/syslog) you can start
to configure spamdyke by adding more options (e.g. rbl checks).
