You've got the right username, ubuntu. You'll also have to make sure that
the EC2 security group used for the instance allows ssh connections (which
it sounds like you do). The last thing is that you'll have to create a EC2
key-pair and when you start the node make sure you tell AWS to use
I encounter the same problem. Tandem still not works after centroiding all
scans and compressing peaklists.
