Hi, I installed TPP 4.5.2 on a Ubuntu 12.04LTS server. The demo runs fine on it. Then I put on a large data set. TPP reported Command Successful and generated result : 1) interact.pep.xml at 415,114k in size. the interact.pep.shtml page can be loaded from a Windows 7. 2) interact.prot.xml
