Following up on building TPP on Mac OS X. I just updated to 4.7 on Mac OS X
10.8.5 also using clang (Apple LLVM version 5.0) provided by Xcode 5.0.2. At
least on 10.8.5 I still ran into the same problem for proteowizard described

I now have a modified version of TPP 4.6.3 that is building okay on OSX
10.9 Mavericks, using the new XCode compiler (clang 5.0). It is also
building okay on CentOS 6.4 with gcc 4.4.7
Boost is changed from 1.45 to 1.54.0
Quite a lot of files (95) are slightly modified due to boost changes, and
I'd be very happy to put the changes in the trunk and test things out.

Unfortunately the new clang on mavericks issues plenty of errors

Am currently battling with this on OS X Mavericks too. The updated boost
patch in trunk doesn't fix the build for the new clang in mavericks.
I came across something in the homebrew github repo related to getting
boost compiled on mavricks, due to the change to clang 5.0

You might try trunk. I recently fixed a few issues found compiling with
the more recent releases of gcc.

the TPP still worked after the upgrade to 10.9?
