Please note that raw to mzML conversion via the msconvert program only
works on Windows systems. Once the file is in the mzML format, you can
carry on with analysis on Linux.

to allow the program to read the contents? Please check and try again.
You can always generate a new conditions file using the TPP web

I used TPP on virtual monitor with Linux and MS data were generated with
Thermo software.
All was ok but when I want to use LIBRA, I obtained this error:
I think, il is because I used Linux and no Windows.
Can you help me for using LIBRA on Linux?
