Imp,
I suspect that on Windows 8, perl is installed in a location other than
where it use to be on Windows 7/Vista/XP and subsequently TPP doesn't see
it.
Would it be possible for you to send along the path were it resides on the
hard drive? We typically expect it to be in C:\Perl.
