The name is unfortunate. The world will have to deal with the distinction
between Unlicensed software and and unlicensed software.

on the list below (e.g. something about OSI not considering this
license/notice) but I didn't have time to dig into all the details.

Yes, it is on our "on hold" status for some reason, as there was some debate
about adding it. I also agree it should be on the list.
Funny, you sent this link, Scott, as I had just come across it multiple times
in an audit we were doing (projects on GitHub mostly)!
