The #digital3mpire onsists of a blog,
the INTERNATIONAL OFFICE FOR AESTHETIC CONSULTING AND DIGITAL ISSUES,
and a projectspace-gallery called THE HUB.
It is also a node in a global network of hidden places and platforms dealing
