Last week I installed Mandrake 9.1. From that moment I started to have
some problems with my speedtouch (I had Mandrake 8.1, and all worked
fine)
I can correctly connect to my provider, but some times ppp3oa reports an
"Error reading usb urb ", and my connection go down.

I've tried with alcatel mgmt.o, alcatel old alcaudsl.sys and latest
alcaudsl.sys without any improvements.
I use standard Mandrake 9.1 installation drivers

Did you check your cabling? Did you change it lat
Cabling are the same.

chipset is famous for it's buggy USB support), instead

the kernel (USBDEVFS_BULK failed) can appear out of order in the system
