Hello, I'm upgrading from Sphinx 0.5.1 to 0.6.1, and it seems like there is issues with garbage collection. Before all of the (500 or so) source files are read in, the sphinx-build process has used nearly 2gb of memory. Is there something obvious that would be holding onto a reference longer th
