Hi.
It seems that in LaTeX generated PDFs, internal links to a chapter
(which begins on a new page) do actually point to the page before this
chapter. I anchor them with .. _my_chapter: right above the title, and
link with :ref:`my_chapter`.
Is there a way to fix or circumvent this? It probably
