We use the literalinclude method for the examples in the Manual and
Tutorials for the SimPy free simulation package built on Python. We test
the examples separately.

May I ask how you can "run Sphinx on my iPad in order to edit / view papers
directly on the iPad using its built-in web browser"? I can see you can
use the browser to read the html but that is not running Sphinx. Is there an
app?

There is no index, or at least no way of getting to it, when 'singlehtml' is
used. Both 'latexpdf' and 'html' provide an index

I am testing Sphinx 1.0b2, using a directory generated by *quickstart*.
I find that, although the *latex* and the normal *html* generated includes
colorized code, the '*singlehtml*' output is not coloured. I can find no
mention of another parameter to set. Any help?
I am using Mac OS X 10.6.4.
